A Vampire Gran Special

The best thing about blogging, is learning and getting inspired by the blogging community. It all started when I visited Vampire Gran’s ‘kitchen’ miles and miles away last night. It’s amazing how the web can teleport you. Just feast your eyes on this delightful concoction and tell me that you’re not tempted. After that eye candy, I was craving for a cheese sandwich all night long.

Today I decided to attempt grilling one on the stove like Vampire Gran suggested. It’s embarrassing to say that it was not that easy and in my first attempt I charred the white bread. My second attempt was ok (pales in comparison to Vampire Gran’s masterpiece). Anyway fresh white bread, melted cheese with smoked ham and real salted butter (no olive margarine for me today) is always so yummy.

  1. Thank you, wonderful Tiny Island! I went and visited this site and now my stomach really is growling. Main Squeeze is a vegetarian so I’m so glad you pointed me in this direction! I really, really, really love all your posts.
