Singapore on E News: Husband of Pop Singer Sun Ho, Pastor Kong Hee Questioned by Authorities

Yet again we make the international news for something negative. This is even bigger news in Singapore than the subway vandalism. The biggest church in Singapore is under investigation by the Singapore Authorities for alleged fraud. Before this there have been 3 other cases of charity related fraud which has made the authorities even more stringent. Pastor Kong Hee’s wife Sun Ho is a grammy award nominated pop singer (for dance music I think) based in L.A.

I never knew she was the wife of a pastor of the biggest church in Singapore. Before all this broke out, in 2003, there was some controversy that she was a pastor herself who then became a singer, but she later clarified that she was never a pastor or something like that. I didn’t follow the case but I thought she had a decent singing voice and was pretty.

As I watch the videos now, the luxury lifestyle seems to be in conflict with her husband’s vocation, but then again who am I to judge? Innocent until proven guilty as they say. B is not a fan, but I have to admit she’s a great dancer.
