This was my second time to Tom N Toms at Icon Village, but it sure was crowded. We walked around for a bit and later we were lucky to get a great seat by the counter right in front where the Korean manager was rolling out the dough for the pretzels.
The pretzels we ordered came out piping hot as usual which was lovely. We didn’t order drinks this time and just indulged in two kinds of pretzels we liked – the one with cinnamon sugar and the original one which has a bit of sea salt rolled into the dough. Both of them were yummy. The salty and sweet went perfectly together. The Korean lady and gentlemen at the counter were really warm and polite too which just adds to a great cafe experience.
Oh man I just got really hungry reading this post!!!!
So nice to see you here Kierstens….It’s hard to be on a diet when food blogging 🙂 I get hungry when I re-look at good food 🙂
I really want to make a trip to this place but just haven’t had time! So what about the branch at vivo, is it manned by koreans too?
I like the Icon Village one as you can watch the pretzels being made and it’s somehow cosier there. The VivoCity one is too open. I noticed that all the branches are manned by at least one Korean. The Korean lady at the Far East Plaza branch had an American accent so she might be an American. All of them were very polite.
