When it doesn’t rain, but the sky is overcast and it’s unusually cool all day long. These days, for Singapore, cool is anything under 31 degrees celsius or 87 degrees farenheit. When it goes below 29 we get down on our knees and say thank you!
Hot sticky weather mades me really grouchy, lethargic and unable to think, while cool weather calms me down and I’m able to function like a normal human being again. I would perish without fans and air-conditioning.
