Hotcakes at East Coast Park

Some days you just need a McDonald’s breakfast.  Their pancakes which they call hotcakes are so yumm.  Ask for extra whipped butter if you want to treat your arteries like I did.  I particularly love the maple syrup given at McDonald’s.  It is so good and they should stick to that recipe. The hotcakes costs just $3.75 Singapore dollars and it’s good to share them and spread the calories.

Oprah’s trainer Bob Greene, recommends the Egg Muffin as it contains the right amount of protein.  This will set you back $3.65 Singapore dollars.

I’d prefer this place on a weekday, it was just too crowded with sweaty teens on rollerblades and screaming kids (well actually ear piercing screeching at some point), on a Sunday.

The coffee is the brewed kind and a bit on the weak side, but you get a refill.  This coffee is so huge anyway you won’t be needing the refill.  This costs S$1.85.

Aren’t the old trees with the wild looking dark branches just gorgeous?
