Las Vegas Billionaire is Probably Really Glad He Brought His Casino to Singapore

Not only are his shares up, the SIngapore casino, Marina Bay Sands, beat estimates, making 94 million in the first 65 days of operation. Is this the main driving factor why our economy is growing at a blistering rate? I am no economist, but I can’t help but think it has something to do with it. There’s this disheartening feeling I have that the success seems to be concentrated with the rich and it just doesn’t seem to be trickling down to the less fortunate. It’s scary that our economic divide is getting even wider.

Meanwhile Huffington post reports that Las Vegas is now essentially banked owned, with so many foreclosures.
