#52. Taking the MRT At A Non Peak Hour

Taking the MRT (Singapore’s subway system) when you’re not competing with the work crowd, can be really pleasant.  Usually this would be between 10 am and 3 pm. Occasionally you may even find a relatively empty carriage when you can have a seat and enjoy the ride.

I know I gripe quite a bit, but I have to admit our new trains are  sleek and rather grand when the station is empty and you’re not distressed by the crowds and elbows in your face.
