My New Favourite Actress: Sophia Vergara

Not only is she gorgeous, but she’s so naturally sweet and funny in person as well as on Modern Family. Can you believe she’s 38 and a natural blonde? She looks so fabulous as a brunette. Sophia who is Columbian and reminds me of a Miss Universe contest winner, covers a magazine I find very relaxing to read – Self. I definitely want to know how to cheat my metabolism. Sophia says she never feels a meal is complete if she doesn’t have dessert and I think that’s the way most women feel. So what she does is carry lollypops in her handbag and has one of those instead. She says it’s much lower in calories than cake.
