Healthier Meal in Singapore

In an attempt to eat healthier I headed to Quiznos. Sadly it was closed to we ended up with an even healthier Subway Melt. Chose to just add a bit of olive oil and vinegar instead of the creamy dressings. Had a cuppucinno from Spinelli’s just so we could sit in their area which was more shaded from the sun. The sun comes through the skylight on the top and it’s a nice, quiet place to read.

I really need to reduce and ideally eliminate the sugar that goes with my coffee. I hope one day to have coffee without any sugar, but at the moment it’s pretty hard.

I am also attempting to have more protein and less carbs and that’s quite a battle for me too. I am definitely a carbohydrate addict. I will admit that I am an emotional eater and quite aware of it. Is anyone out there found a way to get around this? Help please!

I am hoping that if I blog about what I eat I will be more committed to eat healthier. But for anyone out there not on a diet and out on a food quest, no worries, I have still a lot of photos of super unhealthly calorie laden food that I haven’t blogged about yet. I am also expecting my occasional lapse now and then. I hope not, but am expecting it.
