I was hankering for the simple kitsune udon I had at Osaka, and Ichiban Boshi has a good enough version that comes in a smaller half bowl portion (S$4.90). It’s not the healthy kind of sushi but I do love their tuna inari sushi (S$3.90). Ichiban Sushi is the outlet with the longest queue at Shokutsu10 so it is pretty popular. The prices are ok and the service is good. They try hard and constantly refill your glass with green tea or ice water. Unless you want to chose your sushi from the belt, I always find it comfier to sit at the booth seats.
