Chinese New Year in Town

I met my dear friend today and had such a good time just chatting. We both used to refer to Orchard Road as Town, and we used to come here to watch movies or have lovely meals after classes were out. I wonder if kids refer to Orchard Road as Town these days. Anyway, those carefree days were really quite wonderful. I haven’t seen her in years, but it always feels like no time as passed. She is one of those lucky girls who’s naturally skinny and hardly ages.

This was definitely one of my joyous days. Before I met her I was walking along Orchard Road from 313 Somerset towards Paragon, and saw Orchard Road’s transformation from Christmas trees to Chinese lanterns.
