Fairy Tale Dresses

I hardly comment on fashion, but one look at this Spring 2011 collection by Lebanese designer, Elie Saab, prompted me to start a new category.  Another reason is my cousin the Pharmacist who always wanted to work for Vogue. I know she’ll appreciate this.  I could neither afford or fit into any of these, but I found them appealing and ethereal. Silks, chiffons, pearls and lace spell beautiful to me.

Ooh I love that second dress!

I don’t usually care for fashion but pretty dresses are a weakness. If I ever got married, the only reason I’d actually want a wedding would be for the shameless excuse to get a pretty dress to parade around in.

I don’t know much about fashion but I do know what I like….and these two dresses were just too beautiful not to post about. The colour, the material….all so pretty.
