Down to Chinatown for my Favourite Siew Pao

Whenever I’m in Chinatown, I head for my favourite S’ban siew pao. S’ban is short for Seremban in Malaysia, where siew pao originates I think. There’s chicken and pork, but the pork is tastier. The pastry is so buttery and crumbly, that I always create quite a mess no matter how hard I try. I have two, and that constitutes lunch for me. So yummy and satisfying and it’s just S$1 each.
