Little India: Wonderful Chaos & a Riot of Colours

There’s always something to see at Little India.  I would definitely recommend that you come here if you’ve never been to Asia and are on a stop-over flight.  Just spend an hour walking along the little streets.  And bring your camera.  I saw many satisfied tourists armed with their DSLRs here.  Even as a local, I like coming here and soaking in the atmosphere. It’s so different from Orchard Road. No muted tones here – just an amazing riot of colours. Everything here is so much more down to earth – and easier on your pocket.

I love Little India most days. Sometimes it’s just overwhelming, though.
