Our Future Blue Downtown Line: New Little Indian MRT Station in the Works

If you’ve ever wondered why there is a perpetual jam and construction going on at the site where the old Kandang Kerbau Hospital used to be, here is the answer. The new Little India MRT Station which is slated to be an interchange station in the proposed downtown MRT Blue Line. I felt sad when the original KK Hospital was not preserved. It was where many Singapore children were born. I was born there decades ago as well. But I guess it’s all for the good of the country if they improve our public transportation even further.

About the future Downtown line, I can’t wait for Bayfront which is going to be near Marina Bay Sands.
