The main crowds were at the restaurant, food area and kids section which was treated like a free playground. It was utter chaos. Like our MRT stations at peak hour. Made me think – this is probably the reason why Borders could not sustain it’s business. People want to enjoy the facilities for free and end up not buying anything.
