Happy New Year to my Family & Blogging Buddies (with music from ABBA)

Thank you for sticking by this little blog and reading. ABBA’s Happy New Year is hands down my favourite New Year song. It’s melancholic and even though I am unusually buzzing and happy right now I still love it. New Year makes me feel full of hope and that there is potential for change for the better and happiness. Oh maybe it’s the champagne and wine, when I hardly ever drink.

I haven’t even had time to collect my thoughts yet and reflect on the new year and all the possibilities. But I am excited about it.

We had a fun filled very home-made countdown party with loads of laughter, hugs and corny jokes. And of course yummy bites, apple cocktails, red wine and champagne. So here I am at 4am still blogging.

To a good 2012 for ya. I like reading about your explorations for many are places i don’t know they exist, or places i want to check out but never got around to it!

Thank you so much Imp 🙂

I usually get grouchy when I am dragged to malls (everyone surrounding me loves ’em so I give in), but with blogging even things I’m not really interested in seem interesting. With blogging even things that would usually bore me can seem of interest (eg Johor Premium Outlets or yet another visit to a mall). But I feel the most energized when I am close to nature. I realized that on my trips the thing that thrills me most has always got something to do with the elements or wild life. Like in Stockholm recently I was just so in love with this cow. Think I am more of a country than city person (disclaimer – don’t like roughing it out though).
