I saw many new Japanese eateries and beautifully packaged and tempting gourmet treats. Was most tempted by the TWG store where my favourite tea ‘Tea Party’ was being sold. So glad my cousin picked this tea when we had high tea at Fullerton Bay Hotel. She said it reminded her of Alice in Wonderland. It was S$36 for a can of loose tea leaves. Seemed very expensive but I guess you could have this tea every day for a whole month as it’s quite a large canister. Didn’t get it yet though. Would love to know what your favourite TWG tea is? Or any other brand? I need some recommendations.
More TWG tea in pretty boxes that I would definitely collect. Don’t you just love pretty boxes?
I was shocked to see the price tag on these pretty cups. Beyond a hundred bucks.
The Harrods section was having TWG tea on sale.
And no need for me to lug back bottles of jam when I travel. It seems like you can get anything in Singapore these days. Like this lemon curd.
These Japanese melons look perfect. But would you pay that much for fruit?
Perfect strawberries as well.
Super expensive stuff all around and this new wine bar with exclusive wines. Don’t ask me, because I have no clue.
The Udon here looks good and I like that they sell mini portions at just S$4.
The full menu.
I want to try a Katsu sandwich one day.
Japanese rice snack that I’ve never tried before either.
I’d rather have real chocolate than the sugar free stuff. Although, the flavours were interesting.
Lots of gourmet treats and just in time for Valentine’s.
More interesting packaging and gift options.
A famous layered cake store.
It was being prepared fresh.
