Good to see that Ikea is bringing back authentic Swedish brands again. At one point they decided to do everything in-house and there were a lot of appeals from the Swedish community that they preferred the candies and treats they grew up on. So glad that we can still have a taste of Sweden in Singapore. When I recently was in Sweden I saw this Bilar candy everywhere. It was nice to see the exact same thing in Ikea Tampines.
You can make your own Ikea hotdogs at home if you are fond of them.
Ikea seems to like having you do everything DIY. I think the ice cream tasted better when it was not from a machine, but the concept is pretty cool. A novelty that the kids will enjoy. All you need to do is insert the cone in the correct place and then put in the token you’re given. See the mechanical holder bring the cone up and fill it with the ice cream.
