Left my Heart in New Zealand

Visited New Zealand for the first time recently and felt so overwhelmed by her beauty that I just didn’t know how to start blogging about the trip. Been planning to visit this paradise I’ve heard so much about for more than a decade, but somehow it never materialized due to time or cost. Feel incredibly lucky to finally come here in my mid life.

Sharing some photos of South Island that took my breath away. The reality is even more beautiful than the photos can depict. The people were so lovely too just like the kiwi bloggers in Singapore. They made me feel so at home. It’s one place where I felt almost like a local because shop owners assumed I lived there.

I now get why everyone I know who’s been there say its just so beautiful and that people are the nicest ever.

New Zealand remains in my dreams and perhaps next time I’ll get to experience the beauty of North Island’s beaches.

WOW, it’s amazing, even when it’s unfiltered! 🙂

It felt like nature was even closer in NZ than it is in Australia (which is also postcard perfect). I loved the feeling of space here. Miss it so much. oh Yes and air that has a sweet smell I feel eager to take a deep breath.

Ahhh that’s what they always say, NZ is the other side of the world, so isolated, so close to nature and bewildering. Doubt Oz can compare in any manner 🙂 Would love to have the chance in the future to experience the same as you did. haha

I’m lucky my partner drove me around. But the other option we were looking at were the coach buses. But haven’t done a tour in a long time and don’t know I would like the scheduling as they leave super early usually at 7.30 am in the morning.
