Hawker Food: Char Kway Teow & Muffins

Not feeling too well lately, and I wonder if too much oily food as contributed to it. Afraid to take another bite.

At the time it felt pretty worth it though. You know how social eating comes with the holidays and we all tend to over eat even when we’re not hungry?

But if you’re ready to throw caution to the wind, to me, the current best Char Kway Teow in Singapore is at Shun Fu Market. I’ve blogged about it before.

And the best dessert, the freshly baked muffins. Office workers queue up and order huge boxes to take back for their Christmas parties perhaps, or just to treat colleagues.

Partner likes the banana walnut muffin and I tend to go for the double chocolate. The chocolate chip is pretty good too if you’re in the mood for chocolate but not too much.
