Duke Bakery has opened a branch at My Village. The breads here are tasty but expensive. Not as good as Maison Kayser in terms of moist chewiness but better than most other similar type bread shops.
Have always felt the decorations at My Village in Serangoon Gardens to be particularly charming.

Tasteful decorations at the little mall – My Village. Tried the assam laksa, but it was nowhere near what I had in Geylang opposite Aljunied MRT.
