Quirky and Gorgeous Book Covers at Kinokuniya

Snapped shots of some books that attracted me. If I ever had the good fortune to get a book published I would just love that bright orange cover on this simple guide to philosophy (not too simple when I browsed it – you have to be in a focused knowledge absorbing mood). I have been developing a strong new love for orange.

And that trendy moustache cover is just too cute and quirky for me to resist. The writer is wonderful too with a brilliant comic talent. I always just read the first paragraph – then I instantly know whether I like the book or not. That works for me 90% of the time.

I was captivated by this cover too. A book about the Japanese School Girl. And Toto-Chan a classic book about education, from the eyes of a little girl.
