Sabar Menanti – Awesome Nasi Padang

If Minang gets too crowded I have another excellent option – Sabar Menati and I think the service here is wonderful. You can dine in air-conditioned comfort upstairs and your food is brought upstairs and laid out for you. I was thankful, because there was no way I could have navigated the steep narrow flight up, while balancing a tray of curries.

I would definitely recommend the chicken korma and the ikan bilis and nuts in sambal. So good. Definitely that home-made taste. Wish we could gotten more of the korma gravy.

The very bright cheery decor within.

Many people in business attire from the nearby offices. Or perhaps some even drove all the way here for a good lunch. To Singaporeans, distance is not a problem when it comes to satisfying cravings.
