Iced Latte at Tiong Bahru Bakery (Raffles City)

Tiong Bahru Bakery used to be very exclusive when it first popped up at a remote corner in the old Singapore estate, Tiong Bahru. A real French Cafe, finally.

But now that it has a second branch I’m glad it’s not so difficult to get a seat. I am hoping the same happens with the famous Hong Kong Dim Sum place at Plaza Singapura (Tim Ho Wan Outlets will be opening at Toa Payoh and Bedok and I think that’s when the queues won’t be as crazy – perhaps?). So far the still winding queues have deterred me but I have to confess I’m curious to try it out just once.

Wrote about my coffee break here.
