Crashing

Don’t know how to exist anymore
numb to the world
a million thoughts crashing
halting sleep
disappointment upon waking

Must keep going
maybe
there will be light around the corner

(My posts make sound hollow these days, but I will force myself to keep writing. Can’t fake happiness. Can’t fake anything. But it may return – Hope upon hope)

    Dear Bookjunkie,
I can’t help but worrying… your posts appear to me as a sign of great sadness and I wonder how you are doing? Is there anything I could do to cheer you? Hope you’re ok…

Just helps to write about the feelings. Don’t want to talk about it directly but just how I feel. Helps me to get through and hopefully past it. Thank you so much. Sorry to worry you but really appreciate the kindness.I will see a therapist if I need to.

Then writing is what you should do! No faking and no hidding are necessary when you write… let it all out… no matter how dark or scary it may be. I’ll come here “to check on you”.
