I believe Rochor Centre and these flats will be torn down to make way for a new highway and they will be gone by 2016. I just wanted to take a photo to preserve the memory of these colourfully unique old HDB blocks. I blogged about Rochor Centre previously. It’s a good place to get wholesale stuff like handphone covers. To be honest I’m not too nostalgic about this place as I didn’t visit this area much as a kid and I find it quite hot and stuffy.
