Tried Authentic Sichuan Noodles & Dumplings at Chinatown

Every time I’m in Chinatown near People’s Park I see many Chinese patrons flocking to stalls run by people from China selling authentic Sichuan Noodles at the hawker stall nearby. Been meaning to give it a try, but was afraid it would be too hard on the stomach as they use chilli oil.

In the end it was a bit more vinegar than I was used to, but very good and a taste I could easily acquire. The minced pork was delicious and they used whole nuts which was interesting.

The dumplings were even better although extremely oily. Good for the lips though. Felt so soft after the meal – a built in moisturiser of sorts.
